Package #1

A Standard Virtual Tour- This tour includes up to six virtual tour scenes. Includes custom corporate banner. Links to your e-mail and web site. Agent photo and company branding. Hosting included for 12 months.

Price- $100.00

Creation of a MLS compliant Link* additional $25.00

* (The MLS system no longer allows company or agent branding. Tour can be created without branding and links eliminating the $25.00 charge.)

We are currently not supporting Realtor.com uploading.

Package #2

Still photographs of the property. Up to 20 pictures provided. All photographs are formatted for print and for the web.

Two CD roms with copies of your tour and still photographs. Custom cover design with agent contact info. (Many clients will give one copy as a gift to there customer)

Package #3

Standard Video Tour- This tour includes up to 30 still photographs animated a placed to quiet music. Created in Flash, this tour can really look like a high dollar presentation without the price tag.

(No cd or DVD roms in this package )

Package #4

Premium Video Tour- This tour includes up to 30 still photographs animated a placed to quiet music. Up to six additional scenes shot with high quality digital video. Great addition for those pools, water features and fireplace shots. Still photographs are placed on CD and the video is placed on DVD. Free cover design included.

Additional Items

Night time photo shoots available at an additional cost. An average of two shots, one inside and one outside.

Price $250.00

Commercial and High End Packages

In the commercial and luxury market there may be a need for a more professional presentation. We offer many items from interactive web applications to DVD production. All projects under this area are bid according to our clientels needs. A base price of $75.00 per hour for capture an editing applies. Average projects run between $500.00 and $1500.00
